Building regulation in Nigeria runs through a different set of bodies — CORBON registers the builders themselves, ARCON covers architects, COREN covers engineers, and the Lagos State Building Control Agency handles plan approval and site inspection at the state level. Any project we take on here is structured to work within that framework, not around it.
What doesn't change is how we price and manage a job. You get a written scope, an itemised quote broken down by material and labour, and a signed contract before any money moves. Payments release against completed milestones, not the calendar.
Because we're not yet running a permanent Lagos office, most projects start as a conversation over WhatsApp — send photos or drawings, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we're positioned to take on right now.
